Terms & Conditions

  • All rates are in South African Rand and include VAT
  • For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12, and children's rates apply when sharing with two adults
  • Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity / registration form on arrival
  • Lemon Tree Lane cannot be held responsible for any loss of guests' personal effects. Use of all facilities at own risk
  • Lemon Tree Lane Guest House reserves the right to admit any guests and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guests whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and or staff

Terms & Conditions to secure reservation

  • 50% of total amount to be paid in advance to secure your booking via direct bank deposit, credit card, secure online payment via pay gate or EFT
  • Providing us with credit card details or Electronic Transfer. Please note, for overseas swift transfers we will not be liable for bank charges incurred. An additional R125.00 will be charged for International Transfers if the guest cannot supply credit card details.
  • Should you cancel 1 month prior to arrival date the full deposit will be refunded.
  • Same day cancellation - non refundable
  • Cancellations less than 7 days from day of arrival are liable for full payment
  • Cancellations within 7-14 days from day of arrival will be liable for 50% of the booking value
  • Cancellations more than 14 days onwards from date of arrival will be liable for 25% of the booking value
  • Early departures are liable for full payment of booking
