Cancellation Policy

Providing us with credit card details or Electronic Transfer. Please note, for overseas swift transfers we will not be liable for bank charges incurred. An additional R125.00 will be charged for International Transfers if card details cannot be supplied.

Same day cancellation - non refundable

Cancellations within 7 days from day of arrival are liable for full payment

Cancellations within 7-14 days from day of arrival will be liable for 50% of the booking value

Cancellations more than 14 days onwards from date of arrival will be liable for 25% of the booking value

Early departures are liable for full payment of booking
