Cancellation Policy

Please keep in mind that deposits are required to secure your booking and to protect us from inability to let the accommodation to other patrons when cancelled.

Same day cancellation - non refundable

Sporting events : deposits will only be refunded if the event is cancelled.

Refunds on cancelation will only be considered within reason.

Early departures are liable for full payment of booking

Providing us with credit card details or Electronic Transfer. Please note, for overseas swift transfers we will not be liable for bank charges incurred. An additional R125.00 will be charged for International Transfers if card details cannot be supplied.
